this crap won’t sync with my phone !!!

pure rubbish !!!

WONT SYNC

So, a review from 4!!! FOUR YEARS ago, dude said he couldn’t get it to sync. FOUR YEARS AND YOU STILL HAVEN'T FIXED THE BLASTED PROBLEM!!!

Disappointing not accurate not even close

Not accurate Steps and distances are just wrong and wrong by a lot. Rainy day, sitting on the couch, playing Xbox, must’ve moved my wrist too much, has me at over 3 miles and 12,000 steps guess I need to get up and get a drink because I must be thirsty after walking that far. Sorry, it just doesn’t work.

Everything seems to work well, with the exception of the inability to use alarm feature. App crashes every time you click alarm.

Restart

Every time there is an Apple update you will have to start all over. you will lose all of your data and it will be like you were starting fresh. that is a very disappointing thing when you have put in a lot of miles.

As I understand it, I’m supposed to wear this throughout the day. I hit the track on my way to work so it’s going to be with me whether I have it in or not. The problem is, driving makes the step count go up. I walked a mile at the track and did walk quite a bit at work, but I drive a lot. I seriously doubt today I walked anywhere near the eight miles it says I did. Also, there’s no way to set the alarm. Clicking on “alarm” only crashes the app

Not syncing

I have the Yoo R2 and followed the directions to sync and it’s not going through. Is there another way to sync it? So frustrating

I have tried on three devices and it won’t open up the sync page to sync the first yoo if this doesn’t then it worthless to me please please help all it does when I try to sync is shut down the app completely

Having problems trying to get it to sinc to my IPhone. After reading the reviews, this is nothing new! Too bad it is not up to par with today’s technology!

Like a few of the comments on here, this isn’t syncing to my device. After 10 minutes of waiting to sync, and multiple restarts, nothing. Shame, too, because I was avoiding getting the Apple Watch. I guess I know why everyone gets it.

Just bought this today and everything started out fine. Found the page to sync it, and it wouldn’t connect after 7 minutes of it just sitting on my phone. Bluetooth on, lights going back and forth, etc. So I closed the program and now everything closes out every time I attempt to sync. Tried it on my device that was about 3 years old and my device that’s only a year old, both with recent updates... Really wished it could have worked.

Good app and great customer service

So far I have 3 family members in the YOO RX. The app works great in tracking activity and we use the notifications and alarm function a lot. Customer service is great about warranty service. The only improvement I would like to see is on the sleep data to show more detail rather than a round clock.

The app and tracker work really well! My Yoo SA broke after about a week (could’ve been user error), but the company offered to UPGRADE me to the Yoo HD for free. Very pleased with this company!

good but...

I love the app but I don’t understand how to keep all my data transferred...do I have to keep syncing it over and over? Idk🤷🏽‍♂️other than that 👍🏽

App Crashes

App crashes when initially trying to sync the pedometer with the phone. Useless. Will return the Yoo version 1, circle shape.

Great app

I think the app works well. It tracks all my data and then presents it in a concise and understandable manner. The only reason that I am giving it a four star rating rather than a five star rating, is because I have just switched my yoo band and I’m having a little difficulty with the notification settings. Every time I try to turn the notifications on, I get a message telling me that I have to connect my band first. My Bluetooth settings show that I am connected. I have an email out to yoo and I will edit this review once I hear back from them. **I have heard back from support and have corrected the problem I was having. Their instructions were exactly what I needed to get everything working. I now give this app 5 stars. **

Love my Yoo! GREAT customer service! My band broke. I emailed customer service and they are sending a replacement band, free of charge. Highly recommend the Yoo!

Haven't

I haven't been able to see my activity because it crashes every time I try to sync it! Hope it gets fixed soon I've been using it for a week so I'm still able to return it but I really want to give it a shot! I will wait for a few more days....

I love this concept and the APP is nice however until they fix the crash issue when you try to sync to your phone, one star is all I'll give. I did write to the Devs, hopefully they answer and fix this issue, otherwise the YOO is useless ☹️

Absolutely L❤️VE this app!

I have been using YOO fitness pedometer for years. It's much cheaper than a Fitbit and does the same thing. You can set goals and when you reach them, you get congratulated by the YOO team! I highly recommend it. No complaints here.

Yoo!

I have the yoo 2 device. It fits in your pocket comfortably and comes in cute colors. The battery is hard to change, but yoo support was super helpful. It took me a couple tries to get my device synced. But once my phone recognized the new Bluetooth device I was good to go. The app is easy to use and the challenges are very motivating. Yoo definitely encourages me to be more active and to walk more.

No complaints

I was shopping around for a fitness watch and stumbled across the YooRx as it was being offered through my insurance company. I didn't want to spend over $100 and wanted something that could track sleep, activity, and notify me of calls/texts/etc. and of course function as a watch. YooRx did all that plus it has a LONG battery life and the customer service has been great. I learned you could sync other apps (specifically UA's MapMyRide) with Yoo app but had trouble. Contacted Yoo support and received a prompt answer. On top of all that, I had an issue with the watch not working properly. Contacted Yoo support again and received a prompt reply and ended up having a replacement sent at no charge. Couldn't be happier I stumbled across this watch.

I couldn't be happier!

My mom got me a Yoo1 for Christmas and every time I tried to sync it, the app would crash. So I emailed customer service to get some help and they informed me that Yoo1 was no longer compatible with the app. So they sent me a Yoo2 for free including shipping! I got my Yoo2 yesterday and it's working great! I haven't had any problems with the app or syncing. I am looking forward to starting my new fitness challenges!

Disappointed

I was really hoping the app would work but crashes every time I press sync. Not sure why you would sell the product without a functioning app.

Please fix app

This app will not let me sync my device. Therefore it is useless until that is fixed. Hope for an update soon

Needs fixed

Every time I push the "sync device" button it automatically goes to my home screen. They definitely need to fix this because I am not able to connect my tracker to my phone. Very disappointed.

Works like a dream

I was in the market for a fitness device and when my insurance offered the YOOrx, I purchase one. I am beyond thrilled with it! It is easy to program, sync and also set goals, which many people need to get their daily workout activity competed. I had a couple of setup questions and their customer support went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to fully utilize the device and it's application. Highly recommend it over those over other fitness wannabes!

I can't even sync my device to use it. The app continues to crash. It's ridiculous. Maybe that's why no one uses it.

Love my YOO2

I love my YOO2!! So fun and easy to use!! I love trying to do better than the day before!! I'm actually enjoying walking!! You can set the goals to what is appropriate for your level!! Really happy with this little gadget!! Btw they have the best customer service ever!!

help

this isnt really a review its more of a help me kind of thing. I have the yoo mini wireless tracker thing, anyways mine is the one that does not have a screen, (im new to this) so maybe they all dont have screens, i dont know. well my question is how do i get it to sync with my phone i have the app and i habe my brightness all the way up and all that, it starts the process of syncing and then almost immediatly freezes, (at least thats how it seems) can anyone give me some guidance, sorry for this post being hard to follow, im a scatter brain! TIA from, a new Yoo fitness + user.

Spectacular, amazing, impressive customer service!!!

I purchased a Yoo at my local Walgreens a week ago. Sadly, when I tried to connect the device to my Iphone7 it just refused to connect. I decided to return the device, and wrote a letter to Yoo customer service. I was MEGA impressed that the email was answered by the owner of the company! Not only did he apologize, explained that the Yoo was an outdated model, but he assured me that he would send me a new Yoo2 model (list price$49.99) at no cost to me. Was I impresses when I got home from work today and found the package with the BRAND NEW Yoo2. I should add that I was even sent the color I wanted! My new Yoo2 is working SUPERBLY and I just don't have enough stars to give these folks an Excellent rating!!!

Great Surprise!!!

I was super excited to use my new Yoo1 when I got it but it wasn't syncing with my phone properly. I contacted customer support via email and within minutes they replied and my problem was resolved. I thought they were just going to walk me through on how to fix it but i was offered a replacement Yoo tracker. Turns out the Yoo1 is an old model and they were able to upgrade me to the Yoo2. It works simply for what I want to use it for. I don't wear wristbands/watches and I love that it's small and I can clip it in discreet places. This app is also user friendly. Thank you for taking care of my situation!!

Yoo Sync Trouble

I bought 2 of the mini yo trackers but neither of them sill sync at all

The YooC works well.

The YooC works well and syncs with my phone. The app is easy to use and provides a lot of data. My son and I love seeing who gets more steps. (Only one device syncs per phone.) I love the tracker jacket and how it tracks while being attached to a belt loop or strap instead of having to be worn on my wrist. Great customer service via email!

Fabulous app! Fun to be the new YOO!

YOORx is the best activity tracker I have owned. The iOS app does everything that it supposed to do. It makes it fun and motivating to work out each day. You can see your progress very easily and seamlessly. This company totally gets it. Right priced device!
